The Cascadia Dental team far exceeded my expectations. I called in the morning about scheduling a procedure and they worked me into their schedule for an initial evaluation that same afternoon. Not only were they able to evaluate next steps, Dr. Faghih and his assistant then decided to stay late to actually complete the procedure. The fact that they understood my discomfort and stayed after hours to “fix” me is a testament to their commitment and dedication to the practice. That’s a “10” in my book! Thank you Cascadia.

I had an outstanding experience with this clinic and especially with Dr. Jamshid Faghih From the moment I met him, I felt completely at ease. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients immediately inspired confidence. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was not only his ability to earn my trust but also the way he fully lived up to it. His skill and expertise are truly exceptional. The treatment was performed quickly, efficiently, and with remarkable precision, yet he never rushed and remained attentive and caring every step of the way. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such a high level of professional excellence with kindness, patience, and compassion. Pros: - Easy appointment scheduling. - Professional staff who explained the procedure clearly. Cons: - Appointment was 4 days out. - Estimate was only provided in-office, despite requesting it in advance. Given the 48-hour cancellation policy, it should be given at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. - The office estimate was nearly double what my insurance quoted. - Charging upfront before the procedure feels mistrustful and poor customer service, especially in Bellevue. - I was charged extra at the end for an obstruction not mentioned by the doctor, and that felt retaliatory from the front desk staff. That's also supporting my previous point regarding post-service payment, especially when evaluations, x-rays, and tests are included in the package. -Expensive even after insurance

I am not a person that likes going to the dentist, it makes me nervous and anxious every time I have to go there! That being said, I really have to say that Cascadia Dental specialists is one of the best dental practices I have ever been too!! Dr. Huda Albather and the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. I was kept Informed about what they were doing through every step of the way and also made sure that I understood what they were doing to make me feel more comfortable and confident about being in the dentist chair!! If you are looking for a caring and gentle Dental Expert I highly recommend Cascadia Dental Specialists.
